This course offers practical strategies to help you excel as a veterinarian while maintaining balance, reducing overwhelm, and leading with purpose.

"Leading with Limits: Learning to Thrive as a Veterinarian" integrates principles from The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership and the Conscious Care ™ philosophy—Self-care, Team Care, Patient Care, Client Care, and Community Care—into a holistic approach for thriving in your role. This course will help you become a more conscious leader while mastering the art of boundary-setting, leading with confidence, and enhancing the well-being of yourself, your team, and your patients.

By the end of this course, you will learn how to lead with purpose, overcome overwhelm, and create a thriving environment rooted in conscious care principles all while continuing to deliver the highest standard of veterinary care.

LEGAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Leading with Limits: Learning to Thrive as a Veterinarian
Effective Date: Date of Enrollment

This Legal Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Melissa Magnuson, DVM, The Conscious Vet, and Conscious Care ("Provider") and the enrolled participant ("Participant"). By accessing or using the Leading with Limits course materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Ownership of Content

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, worksheets, and graphics ("Materials"), are the intellectual property of Melissa Magnuson, DVM, The Conscious Vet, and Conscious Care.

These Materials are protected under copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. Duplication, sharing, or distribution of any course content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of this Agreement.


2. License for Personal Use Only

Upon enrollment, the Participant is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Participants may not:

  • Share their login credentials with others.
  • Sell, copy, distribute, or modify the Materials in any form.
  • Use the Materials for commercial purposes or public display.

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.


3. Refunds and Course Access

Enrollment in this course is final. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course refund policy.

Access to the course is granted for the lifetime of the course content, beginning on the date of enrollment. The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate access to the course at any time if the Participant violates this Agreement.


4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Materials are provided for educational purposes only. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of applying the course content.

Participants acknowledge that the Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from their participation in the course.


5. Privacy Policy

The Provider respects your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment will only be used for course-related purposes, such as communication and providing access to Materials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Participants agree not to:

  • Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the course or its platform.
  • Post or share offensive, defamatory, or illegal content within the course community or communications.

The Provider reserves the right to remove any Participant who engages in such conduct without a refund.


7. Modifications to the Agreement

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the course platform. Continued access to the course after such modifications constitutes agreement to the updated terms.


8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
